BIRD 162.1:
- Bob: There have been no comments
  - An apostrophe issue will be fixed.

BIRD 155:
- Fangyi showed the latest BIRD 155.1 draft.
- Arpad: There is a misleading statement about sending Info to the DLL.
- Fangyi changed the last sentence on page 3 to clarify.

- Fangyi described the new Model_Name parameter.
  - The corresponding AMI_Resolve arguments are not needed.
- Mike: The sentence about what the value must be should be clarified.
- Fangyi changed the description sentence.
- Mike: Should the parameter name be "IBIS_Model_Name"?
- Arpad: The name of the keyword we are using is [Model].
- Fangyi changed the definition to have "IBIS [Model]".

- Fangyi described the AMI_Resolve_Exists parameter.
- Ambrish: It should say the same Dep parameters are passed to AMI_Init.
- Arpad: The Dep results should be passed into AMI_Init anyway.
- Fangyi: This way AMI_Init can re-resolve the parameter if it wants to.
- Ambrish: AMI_Resolve is only needed because characterization happens before AMI_Init is called.
- Arpad: Hopefully there will be no circular references.
  - Some may want to use initial conditions from an optimizer.
  - It may be useful to get an initial dependency even though it may change after.
- Fangyi: That argument applies to places outside AMI_Resolve.
- Ambrish: It should say the same string is passed to AMI_Init and AMI_Resolve.
- Fangyi made changes to the Other Notes section.
- Arpad: We should say that the input should not depend on the output.
- Mike: Might some tools call AMI_Resolve multiple times until the InOut Dep
  values stop changing?
- Ambrish: We can say that AMI_Resolve can be called only once.
- Walter: AMI_Resolve can only be called once, then it must be closed.
- Arpad: It could be called and closed multiple times.
- Walter: AMI_Resolve can only return the Dep values?
- Fangyi: Right.
- Arpad: That should be stated.
- Fangyi showed where it is stated.
- Arpad suggested grammar changes.
- Walter: What bad things would happen if AMI_Resolve returned InOut values?
  - There should be Dependency_Usage instead of Usage for this.
  - AMI_Init can call AMI_Resolve .
- Ambrish: We should explicitly say AMI_Resolve will not return any InOut values, Dep only.
- Fangyi made this change.
- Ambrish: We should prevent AMI_Resolve from being called before AMI_Init.
- Fangyi made this change.
- Arpad: It should say AMI_Resolve can be called only once by the EDA tool.
- Fangyi made this change.

AR: Fangyi send BIRD 155.1 draft 3 to Mike for posting

BIRD 150:
- Arpad: Should we make a recommendation to vote down BIRD 150?
- Walter: It is tabled.
  - We can do that after 155 is approved.

Michael M. announced that he will take a sabbatical soon

  - The IBIS home page has a link.
  - The list of incorporated BIRD is available too.
